WAIVERS
Every participant must sign a Waiver before participating in any activity at the club. A paper copy of this Waiver will be available at the club. In addition you may download a copy from this link. You may then either print the Waiver, complete it and bring it to the club or complete it on your computer and email to the club at preston.bowls.com.
DECLARATION
Every participant must sign a Declaration each time they come to the club. This form will be stored in a binder and as you will see it has several spaces for signing so that one form will be sufficient for several visits.. A paper copy of this Declaration will be available at the club.You may want to download and print a copy ahead of time and bring on your first visit. It is available at this  link. 
PROTOCOLS
Every participant must agree to the protocols that are in place at the time of participation. These will be posted at the club. They may change throughout the season and will be kept up to date at the club and on-line. They are available at this  link.
